Ingredients
- Tortilla chips flour or corn
- 113 gms jack cheese shredded
- 113 gms cheddar cheese shredded
- 20-30 Jalapeno slices pickled
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1/4 cup tomato diced and salted
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Mix the shredded cheese together.
- Shred the lettuce and toss them in olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer the tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate so that each chip can get an equal amount of cheese on top.
- Add the shredded cheese generously all over the chips.
- Place the jalapenos all over so that you get one on every chip, at the least.
- Place it in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese bubbles.
- Take out of the oven, place some lettuce in the middle and top with tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
