New Orleans Fizz: Gin & Cream
This classic gin cocktail contains egg, so make sure you mix it up properly for best results!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Gin
- 1/2 ounce Lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
- 2 ounces cream or half & half
- 1 egg white
- 2 splashes fleurs dórange
- 1 ounce Club Soda

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake.
- Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously again (more than normal to ensure the egg and cream are well mixed).
- Strain into a chilled highball glass & top with club soda.
