Ingredients
- 4 ounces black olives 120g
- 4 ounces Green Olives 120g
- A couple of capers
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 5-6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Put all the olives, capers and garlic together in a blender and mix.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
- Serve with bread of your choice.
