Ingredients
- 250 gms Basmati rice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 8 fresh curry leaves
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp green chillies chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Coconut desiccated
- 1/2 cup coriander chopped

Instructions
- Boil the rice with salt.
- Heat a kadhai with oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dals and fry till golden brown.
- Mix chillies, ginger and coconut and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Toss in rice and coriander and serve hot!
