Peanut Butter Sesame Cookies Recipe

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and ½ tsp salt to the bowl of a food processor. Process on high until peanut butter mixture thickens and forms a solid mass.
- Divide the cookie dough into 10 even pieces and transfer to the lined baking sheet. Roll each piece into a ball using your hands. Use the back of a fork to press a criss-cross pattern into each cookie, flattening each ball into a disc about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake the peanut butter cookies until they darken slightly, about 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the lined baking sheet.
