Prawns with Chilli Garlic Basil Recipe

Ingredients
- 12-16 Jumbo prawns shelled and deveined with tails intact
- 2-3 fresh red chillies
- 1 tablespoon Garlic crushed
- 10-15 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2-3 Spring onion bulbs
- ¼ medium red capsicum
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Roughly chop spring onion bulbs, red capsicum and red chillies.
- Add spring onion bulbs and garlic to the pan and sauté for half a minute. Add capsicum, prawns, and salt and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, tamarind paste, red chillies and mix well.
- Add basil leaves and mix well and cook till the prawns are done.
- Transfer the prawns onto a serving plate and serve hot.
