We’re all fond of a bellini, on a lovely day, and now you can pumpkin spice it up with this Pumpkin Bellini Martini courtesy of Monin! This champagne cocktail is sure to be a hit with any fall parties you have this year!

- 1/2 ounce Monin Peach Fruit Puree
- 1/2 ounce Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1/4 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- champagne or sparkling wine

- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage.
