- 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
- 6 fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- In a blender add the yogurt, water, ice, and salt and blend until frothy.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and cumin seeds.
