Ingredients
- 100 gms soya chunks
- 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder a small pinch
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tblsp Gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- Oil as required for frying
- Salt as per taste
- red chilli powder as per taste

Instructions
- Bring a pan of water to boil.
- Switch off the flame and add the soya chunks.
- Soak them for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Squeeze dry excess water and grind them to a fine paste.
- Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Make small/medium balls and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
- Fry the prepared soya balls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain excess oil.
- Serve as a snack.
