- 1 cup finely chopped strawberries 240ml
- 1 fresh Serrano or Jalapeño chili minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions 60ml
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro 30ml
- 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice 2.5ml
- 1/4 tsp Salt 1.2ml
- 1/2 tsp sugar 2.5ml, optional
