Subway Sriracha Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound red jalapeno
- 1/2 pound red serrano peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp light-brown sugar
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar

Instructions
- Chop and blend chilli and pepper along with garlic, brown sugar, salt, and water till smooth.
- Put the mixture in a jar, seal with a cling film and leave aside for three to five days in a cool, dark corner.
- Mix this sauce once a day.
- Now once the rest period is over blend the sauce with vinegar and then strain the mixture.
- Discard the pulp and bring the sauce to a boil.
- Keep stirring and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
- Cool down the sauce and refrigerate.
