Ingredients
- 2 handful fresh spinach
- 1 mango
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- lemon zest small piece
- 1/2 cup nuts of your choice
- 1 litre Water
- 4 dates
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 banana
- 1 clementine

Instructions
- Blend the nuts and dates with the water until super smooth, 2-3 min, then add the fruits and greens and blend some more until it's creamy!
