Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 3 cups Basmati rice cooked (Recipe here)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespon garlic finely chopped
- 3 green chillies chopped finely
- 4 Spring Onion White Part chopped
- 1 carrot medium size chopped finely
- 2 cups cabbage chopped finely
- 1/2 capsicum chopped finely
- 1 cup Sweet Corn ( i used frozen)
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- Red chilli Flakes to taste
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce or to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar or to taste
- 4 Spring Onion Green Part chopped finely

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok till smoking hot. Add in ginger, garlic, chillies and spring onion white and saute for a min or so.
- Add in all the veggies and salt, sugar. Mix well and cook for 5 to 8 mins till it is cooked.
- Add in sweet corn and saute for 5 mins till it is cooked.
- Add in soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Add in chilli flakes and mix well
- Add in cooked rice and toss well.
- Add in spring onion greens and toss well.
- Serve hot.
