Tangaroa Cocktail
This delicious, rum-based cocktail is the brainchild of Jeff Berry. Courtesy of Food & Wine, this summer cocktail will soon be a favorite this mango season!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 ounce amber rum
- 1/4 ounce Amaretto
- 2 ounces Mango puree
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the skewered mango slice.
