Instructions
  1. Heat three tablespoons of the oil.
  2. Stir fry the cabbage for two minutes.
  3. Toss the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste and remove it from the pan.
  4. Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onions and garlic until the garlic becomes aromatic.
  5. Pour in the water and soy sauce.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp turns pink.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Once the shrimp begins to pinken, take the mixture of the stove and pour it over the cabbage.
  9. Add the cilantro and pepper flakes and toss the cabbage.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
