Thai Shrimp And Cabbage Stir-Fry (Low Carb)

Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage shredded
- 6 tsp olive oil/coconut oil
- 1 onion julienne
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 20 medium shrimps peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Heat three tablespoons of the oil.
- Stir fry the cabbage for two minutes.
- Toss the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste and remove it from the pan.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onions and garlic until the garlic becomes aromatic.
- Pour in the water and soy sauce.
- Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp turns pink.
- Stir occasionally.
- Once the shrimp begins to pinken, take the mixture of the stove and pour it over the cabbage.
- Add the cilantro and pepper flakes and toss the cabbage.
- Serve and enjoy!
