Ingredients
- 1½ cup pumpkin cubed
- 1 cup sweet potato cubed
- 8 broad beans chopped
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup Kaavathu cubed
- ¼ cup fresh scraped coconut
- 1-2 green chilly
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For Tempering
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp urad dal
- 8-10 Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables well.
- Toss the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder.
- Pressure cook for one whistle.
- Once the vegetables are done, remove and allow them to cool.
- In the meanwhile, grind the coconut and green chilly into a coarse paste without adding water.
- Heat coconut oil in a wok.
- Add mustard seeds and once they splutter add the urad dal.
- After the dal becomes golden, add the curry leaves and cooked vegetables and mix. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Finally add the crushed coconut and green chilies mix.
- Remove from heat after 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve.
