- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 15 oz chickpeas
- 1/2 cup red onions chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 cup Parsley chopped
Dressing
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic crushed

- In a large bowl, mix the beans, red onions, celery, and parsley
- In a large bowl, mix the beans, red onions, celery, and parsley
- Pour dressing over the bean mixture and stir to combine.
- Serve on top of lettuce greens, as a side dish, or with a cold soup or rice dish.
