Instructions
- Season the burger patty with salt and pepper, to taste. Lay 5 split cuts of bacon out on a workstation vertically. Crate weave the other 5 cuts with the 5 on the workstation, verifying the weave is focused and every bit of bacon is same length
- Place the prepared patty on top of the weave, utilizing your hands to pack the patty so it doesn't go past the bacon. Beginning with the vertical-confronting cuts, pull every end up and over the patty so they meet in the center. Start weaving the level cuts into the vertical ones, lifting a few cuts and tucking the closures into others with the goal that it looks like a close flawless weave and it stays together well. Season both sides of the bacon-wrapped patty with a smidgen of pepper.
- Preheat the barbecue.
- Preheat the barbecue to around 325 degrees. Include the burger, weaker side down, onto the flame broil and leave untouched until the base part has been singed together and the bacon is a fresh brilliant cocoa, around 15 minutes. Flip, cover, and cook for 5 more minutes. Reveal, and let the burger cook until both sides of the bacon-wrapped burger are brilliant cocoa and fresh, and the burger is cooked through and an inner temperature achieves 145 degrees, around 10 minutes more.
- Using tongs, turn the burger and place it on a new part of the grill, searing off the bacon on the sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove the burger from the grill
- Place on a bun and top with a slice of tomato, a few red onion slices, and lettuce.
