Vegetable Hong Kong Style with Steamed Rice Recipe

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame. Add the vegetables, ginger, garlic, red chillies and stir fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix the stock and cornflour, add to the mixture and cook for 1 minute. Add the sugar.
- Top with the steamed rice and serve hot.
