Ingredients
For The Tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour maida
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 pinches of Salt
For The Stir Fried Vegetables
- 1/3 cup sliced carrots
- 1/3 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup shredded capsicum
- 1/3 cup bean sprouts
- pinch aof sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
For The Plum Sauce
- 12 plums
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 pinches Salt

Instructions
For the tortillas
- Mix all the ingredients. Make a soft dough by adding enough water.
- Knead the dough well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out small thin rounds of 150 mm. Diameter and cook them on both sides on a tava (griddle).
For the stir fried vegetables
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for 2 minutes.
For the plum sauce
- Slice the plums.
- Add the sugar, chilli powder and salt and cook on a slow flame until soft.
- Blend into a smooth sauce in a liquidiser.
- Adjust the sweetness according to taste.
How to serve
- Spread some plum sauce on each tortilla, place some vegetables in the centre, roll up and serve.
