Young Sheldon Lobster Recipe
It is an endearing moment when George takes out Missy for dinner and teaches her how to eat a lobster. The key being not to make eye contact with the lobster.

- 2 lobster tails
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a pan, melt some butter and add finely chopped garlic to it.
- Saute the garlic till it turns brown and take the pan off the heat.
- Pour this garlic butter into a measuring cup and fill it till 1/4th cup level.
- Set the remaining butter aside.
- Slice off the back off the lobster tail and the meat.
- Cut this in half, open it and lay it flat.
- You can also do a piggyback wherein you cut the top and pull the meat out so that it sits on top of the shells.
- Repeat this procedure with the second lobster tail.
- With the help of a brush, coat the meat with the garlic butter which we had measured earlier.
- Sprinkle some paprika along with salt and pepper.
- Take the grill grates and grease it well with vegetable oil to avoid the lobster from sticking to it.
- Preheat the gas grill to medium heat and then put the lobsters on.
- Cook the lobsters for 5-10 minutes or till it turns white.
- Heat the remaining garlic butter and serve it on the side with the lobster.
- Garnish it with chopped parsley.
