- 6 pound beef brisket
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup paprika
- 2 tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
- First preheat the smoker to 205 degree Fahrenheit.
- Next mix all the dry ingredients to make the spice rub.
- Remove the fat on the beef and the coat the meat on both sides with the mustard.
- Then cover the meat with the rub.
- Next put the brisket in the smoker and cook till the meat is at a of temperature of 185 to 195 degree Fahrenheit internally.
- Finally let the meat rest for at least half an hour before serving.
