Young Sheldon Pasta With Mushrooms Recipe
Mary Cooper is known to put up filling, meaty food on the table but at times they were fresh and light like spaghetti or even tagliatelle pasta!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 8 ounces tagliatelle pasta
- Salt
- pepper
- Parmesan

Instructions
- Boil water and add salt and pasta into it.
- Let the pasta till it is al dente and then drain out the water.
- Melt butter in a pan and add the onion.
- Once the onion turns pink add garlic.
- Cook till the garlic gives out its aroma and at this point add the mushrooms and stir.
- Add salt and pepper and let the mushrooms cook.
- Once done, add wine and cream and give it a good stir.
- Let the sauce be for five minutes on low flame.
- Now add the parsley and turn off the flame.
- Toss in the boiled pasta in hot sauce just before serving and serve some parmesan on the side.
