Easy cake pops that will look adorable at your Easter Table.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a the cake pop pan with baking spray.
  3. Beat cake ingredients together until combined.
  4. Drop the batter into cake pop pan and bake about 18 minutes.
  5. Let it rest 5 minutes before opening the pan.
  6. Place cake pops on a wire rack. Cool for 15 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate the cake balls for about 45 minutes.
  8. Melt some of the chocolate melts in the microwave.
  9. Insert the tip of a bamboo skewer into the melted chocolate, then into the cake pop and dip each ball into the chocolate, then onto a sheet of wax paper.
  10. Repeat with the remaining balls, topping with sprinkles as you dip before the chocolate hardens.
  11. Serve.
