There Will Soon Be An ATM In Boston Which Dispenses Big Macs
You probably know that McDonald’s has been hinting at a big reveal that will be announced – gasp – today. However, before that happens we have another bit of McDonald’s news for you; a McDonald’s in Boston is planning to launch a Big Mac ATM to celebrate the Mac’s 50th anniversary.
A Burger Dispensing ATM
According to Metro Boston, a Boston McDonald’s’ franchise said “we can’t give away all the secrets, but fresh Macs will be constantly loaded into the machine to ensure a high quality experience.”
Customers will be able to get a Big Mac, a Mac Jr or Grand Mac from the machine by choosing options on the ATMs touchscreen. After a customer places an order, the machine will tweet (on Twitter, not the actual sound) and then dispense the burger.
Say what?! A Big Mac ATM machine, where you can order real Big Macs, is coming to the Pru/Copley on January 31st. https://t.co/fjMZcrLpr7 pic.twitter.com/MGRxplpsRI

The ATM will dispense the Mac variants for free, but will only be operating on January 31st from 11 am to 2 pm. It’s been set up at the Prudential Center in Boston.
This isn’t the first time fast food has dabbled with ATMs; in India KFC launched Nashville chicken by setting up an ATM while pizza ATMs are all set to expand rapidly across the US.
