Chilli Fish Recipe

The preparation draws inspiration from a lot of cuisines and doesn’t really belong to any one single part of the world. It boasts of chopped spices, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and more.

Ingredients
- 250 gram boneless Fish Pieces
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- chopped spring onions to garnish
For The Sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped green chilly
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli fish
- 1 tbsp corn flour

Instructions
- Cut the fish into finger pieces.
- Make a batter with corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, pepper powder, water and salt.
- Dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown. Transfer fish into a serving plate.
For The Sauce:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger and green chilly.
- Add soy sauce, chilly and tomato sauce to it.
- Finally add corn flour mixed with water to it and stir well. Once it starts to boil, remove form fire.
- Pour the sauce on top of fried fish pieces and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
