Citrus Brandy and Pineapple Punch
The world-renowned expert on all things F&B – Food & Wine says, “this easy brandy cocktail from drinks artisan Chris Harrison is mildly sweet and nicely boozy, with a bit of spice from nutmeg.” Sounds like the perfect Thanksgiving cocktail to me!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces brandy
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces lime juice
- 3 ounces simple syrup
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 9 ounces chilled club soda
- ice
- lemon wheels for garnish

Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the brandy with the pineapple and lime juices, simple syrup and nutmeg. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the club soda and serve over ice, garnished with a lemon wheel.
