Gujarati Kadhi Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups of curd
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- A pinch of jaggery
- - 1 Tbs. salt
- 3 cups of Water
- 1 tbsp of clarified butter
- 1/4 tbsp of Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp of Mustard seeds
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 tbsp of chopped Ginger
- Curry Leaves
- 1 whole red chilly
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 3 tbsp of Gram Flour

Instructions
- Take a bowl and mix the curd, gram four, asafoetida, jaggery, salt and water. Mix it well using a whisk.
- Heat a pan and pour in the mixture. Keep stirring till the curry thins out.
- As the curry thins out, add the seasoning and boil the curry for 5-6 minutes.
- For seasoning; Heat clarified butter and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cloves, ginger, green chillies and the red chilly.
- Serve hot.
