- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup eggnog

Instructions
- Begin by setting the oven to preheat at 375°F.
- Grease a baking sheet lightly with butter.
- In a bowl mix together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt till well combined.
- Make a sticky dough by mixing in the butter, dried cranberries and eggnog.
- Spread a little flour over the work surface and knead the dough and spread out a disk of 1/2 inch in thickness.
- Cut out round shaped using a cookie cutter, place these portion onto the baking tray.
- Bake for about 15 minutes till the scones and golden brown.
