Hard Rock Cafe Stirs Up A Mexican Fiesta This Season

HOLA! Legendary live music destination Hard Rock Cafe is set to spur the magic of Mexico in India this season with its soon to be launched Taste of Mexico festival. The iconic brand will extend its menu to Tacos, Nachos and Enchilada as a limited time offer from 15th July to 16th September 2018.

Creating an extravaganza of flavors for its patrons, Hard Rock Cafe has curated a special menu comprising a tantalizing line up of must-have Mexican dishes. While it features authentic offerings, it has also played with fusions to appease to guests with a penchant for newer culinary experiences. With offerings as varied as a Taco Burger, the brand has given a legendary Hard Rock twist to bring the best of both the American and the Mexican culture onto your plates this season.

Taco Burgers to Tequila

It also has a gamut of concoctions made with Tequila as a key ingredient to add to the Mexican fare and manifest the traditional Mexican style of consumption. With cocktails like ‘Diablo’ – combination of Mango, Cucumber, Tequila and Ginger; Troublemaker – mix of Tequila, Jalapeno bits and Cointreau and Amigo – cocktail fusing Blueberry crush, luxardo sour cherry liqueur, Tequila and a hint of orgeat among others up the bar, this festival will surely pose as a sneak peek into the Land of Tortillas and Tequila – Mexico.

Paying tribute to all the Tequila lovers, the brand will be housing an exciting offer during the World Tequila Day where guests can enjoy the ‘spirit’ at 250rs all day on 24th July. Extending the celebration to a week, Hard Rock Café will be serving the first ever Tequila Infused Nachos i.e. Wild West Nachos coupled with salsa infused with Red Hot Tequila Sauce. You can also grab the fiery Nachos Long-standing favorites are still on the menu including tacos, quesadillas to irresistible mains, all of which incorporate traditional Mexican-inspired spices and flavors.
