Ice Cream Cone Recipe
The much overlooked part of a delicious ice-cream is the cone. To celebrate a day to signify its importance, ‘Ice Cream Cone Day’ we’re bringing you a recipe with which you could make these at home!

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- In a bowl take eggs and sugar and whisk.
- Once you get a frothy mixture, add in butter, milk and vanilla.
- Continue to whisk till well combined.
- Now whisk in the flour and salt making a thin batter.
- Keep the skillet on the flame and grease with butter.
- Take one-fourth of the batter and spread just like how you would to make a pancake.
- Flip the batter once the side below is golden brown getting the same colour on the other side as well.
- Take it off the heat and carefully make a cone while it is still warm.
- Make others the same way and keep them aside to cool completely.
- Once these harden, you can begin scooping ice-cream on them.
