• 4 slices bread
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp raspberry jam

Instructions

1. Slice off the crusts from the bread slices.
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice.
3. Now spread the raspberry jam and bring the slices together to make a regular sandwich.
4. Using a cookie cutter, cut into the sandwich to make coin sandwich or raspberry jam pennies.
