- In a blender, add pudina leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
- Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Now take the bread slice, grease butter over one side and mint chutney on the other side.
- Now add paneer on the mint chutney side. Cover with the other slide.
- You can grill the sandwich in a griller for a grilled mint chutney sandwich else eat immediately.
