Indian Style Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
- 800 grams Cauliflower cleaned florets
- 100 grams Onions chopped
- 50 grams ginger, chopped
- 40 grams green chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped
- 1 tsp Red Chili flakes
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Set a wok on the stove.
- Turn the heat on high.
- Pour in the oil.
- Allow the oil to heat.
- Add the cumin seeds.
- Turn down the heat to simmer.
- Add the ginger and green chilies.
- Add the onions.
- Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower florets.
- Add the turmeric powder.
- Add salt to taste
- Set a lid on the wok.
- Allow the cauliflower to cook for 15 minutes.
- It will cook in its own steam.
- Add red chili flakes after the cauliflower is cooked.
- Stir it one time until the cauliflower is done and still crisp.
- Turn off the heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
