Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 medium head garlic
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 2 pounds russet potatoes peeled and quartered
 - 4 tablespoons butter softened
 - 1/2 cup Milk
 - salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions
    
                - Heat up your over to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
 - In a bowl, add the garlic.
 - Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and then wrap in aluminium foil.
 - Bake this in the oven for an hour.
 - Now, in a pot add water and salt and bring it to a boil.
 - Add in the potatoes and let is boil until they became tender which should take about 15 minutes.
 - Drain the water out and allow the potatoes to cool.
 - Chop them up and add in the butter, milk, salt and pepper.
 - Now, cut the baked garlic in half. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the potatoes.
 - Now, in a blender mash the potatoes until you get the consistency you want
