Avocado Soup crab salad Recipe

- 150 g Crab Meat
- 150 g avocados
- 5 g wasabi paste
- 35 g yogurt
- 5 g basil
- 15 g tomato
- 2 g Japanese ginger
- 5 g mirin
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
- Peel and chop the avocados. Put into a food processor with the yogurt, wasabi paste, grated Japanese ginger.
- Blend to a fine puree. Adjust for seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, toss the crab meat with mirin, finely chopped tomato and chopped basil.
- Pour the soup into small shot glasses and garnish on top with the crab salad.
