Chicken Pakora Recipe
Chicken pakoras are the not so traditional snack item we love to hog when no one is looking. It is a slightly spruced up variation of your normal vegetable pakoras but with the added benefit of chicken. Who doesn’t like to have chicken battered up with spices and deep fried?
This chicken pakora recipe is an easy and quick way to turn your normal 4PM snacks into a delicious and fulfilling 4PM snack. Serve it up with a nice cup of spicy ketchup or sauces of your choice.

For the marinade
- 250 grams of boneless chicken
- 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- pinch aof Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of Salt

Instructions
- Add the washed chicken pieces into a bowl with turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste and garam masala.
- Mix the ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour for the chicken to soak up the marinade.
- Once the chicken is marinated, add the besan flour into the bowl with the chicken.
- Mix in the chopped onions, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add oil into a deep frying pan and let it heat up.
- Once the oil is hot, slowly drop in the battered chicken pieces.
- Make sure the pieces are spread out and not crowded in the pan.
- Make sure its cooked on all sides and remove from heat.
- Serve with ketchup or any other variety of sauce.
