Green-Orange Dotted Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup Long-grained Basmati rice
- 6 chopped Green chillies
- 3 tsp butter
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tsp Cream
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Chopped Carrots
- 2 tsp chopped garlic

Instructions
- Boil rice with lemon juice and salt.
- When done, remove from heat and drain any excess water.
- In a pan, heat butter and add garlic, green chillies, carrots and cream.
- Cook for a minute till the cream is absorbed but the veggies do not change colour.
- Add to the rice and mix well.
