Chicken Mayo Roll Recipe

- 4 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
- 1 cups ½mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup celery diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- tortilla wraps

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps with a piece of iceberg lettuce on each.
- Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, spooning a small amount of it onto each wrap.
- Roll the tortilla wraps around the iceberg lettuce and chicken salad, and insert a toothpick into the center of each to hold it in place.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
