Paneer Noodles Recipe
A non-spicy paneer noodles is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Main. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures made from unleavened dough which is stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes. A popular Indo Chinese cuisine. It is an easy recipe of paneer veg noodles, a homely recipe of veg. A delicious vegetarian fusion meal. Kids lovable dish, Just do try this recipe.

Serves – 4
Ingredients –
Noodles – 300 gm/ 4 cup cooked
Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200 gm
Onion – 2 medium chopped
Green chilies – 3 chopped
Garlic – 2 tbs chopped
Spring onions – 1/2 cup chopped
Cabbage – 1/2 cup chopped
Corrot – 1/4 cup chopped
French Beans – 1/4 cup
Chilly sauce – 1 tbs
Pepper powder – 1 tbs
Roasted cashew nuts – 2 tbs broken into small pieces
Coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
Ajinamoto – 1 pinch (Optional)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method –
To make or to prepare paneer noodles –
Fry panner to golden brown by adding little ghee/oil and set aside,cut into small cubes and keep ready.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, when it is hot add chopped green chilies and garlic, saute
Add chopped onions fry until it turns to golden brown.
Add chopped vegetables , saute until translucent.
Add chilly sauce,1 tsp of pepper powder, a pinch of ajinamoto and saute.
Add roasted paneer cubes and stir fry.
Add cooked noodles into it and combine altogether.
Add remaining pepper powder and combine.
Finally add chopped coriander, roasted cashew nuts. Mix properly.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
