- beef sirloin cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Spring onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Method
- In a lager wok, heat vegetable oil and cook beef for two-three minutes until brown.
- Remove the cooked beef and set aside.
- To the wok, add the carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, spring onion and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are nearly done.
- Stir in the beef with the vegetables, add the soy sauce and mix well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve over hot rice.
