Harold And Kumar Go To White Castle Burgers Recipe
One of the most popular (sort of) coming of age films in 2004 was ‘Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle’. In the movie, they decide they’re desperately craving some White Castle burgers (they’re very stoned). They proceed to go on a road trip to the nearest White Castle, getting arrested by the cops, preforming surgeries and encountering a cheetah along the way.

Once they finally reach White Castle, they have a ridiculously big feast of burgers and sodas:
White Castle is known for its small square hamburgers known as sliders. Even if you can’ head to the US, you can make some, inspired by the movie at home with this recipe:

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 4 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 24 square dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 400F.
- Combine the ground chicken, onion soup mix, egg, pepper, water and breadcrumbs.
- Press into an ungreased baking pan and bake for ten minutes.
- Allow to cool and cut into 24 squares.
- Combine the mustard and ketchup and spread the sauce on the rolls.
- Stuff the squares between the rolls.
