Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 Sole fillets
- coarse kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 + 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Italian parsley shipped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Sprinkle the fish with the salt and pepper.
- Dredge on both sides with the flour.
- Heat the oil and add two tablespoons of butter.
- After a minute add the fish and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place each sole on different plates and cover with foil.
- Heat the remaining butter and add the parsley and lemon juice.
- Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve.
