- 2 cups Apricot juice
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4-5 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Boil the apricot juice in a deep non-stick pan till it reduces ¾ in quantity. Remove the scum with a spoon.
- Blend together the ice cream and milk in a blender jar. Pour into a bowl.
- Reserve some of the reduced apricot juice and divide the remaining into four individual serving glasses. Add the milkshake on top of it.
- Drizzle the reserved apricot juice on top and serve chilled.
