    Ingredients
    
                - 3 cups fresh pineapple chopped
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 2 cups ice

    Instructions
    
                - Puree the pineapple chunks and coconut milk in a blender.
- Add to the mixture the rum and ice and blend.
- Pour the final mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze for 4-5 hours.
