Ingredients
- 20 Ounces Shredded Hash brown Potatoes
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 Cup onion
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

Instructions
- Pour the Hash Brown’s into a large bowl
- Add the cheese, egg, onion and garlic and mix well (reserve a bit of the cheese to top the cup)
- Grease a regular sized muffin tin
- Place large scoops in the muffin tins
- Top with a sprinkle of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
