[Exclusive] Holachef’s Paneer Steak Burger with Cream of Vegetable Soup
Just because Lent is over and you can eat all the meat your heart desires, doesn’t mean that all your friends can do the same. Whip up this burger and a soup to make even your vegetarian friends happy on Easter Sunday!

Ingredients
Paneer Steak Burger Ingredients
- 400 gms paneer
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- leaves Corianderas desired
- salt and pepper
- mayonnaise
- 4 burger buns
- Caramelised onions as desired
- 4 cheese slices
- breadcrumbs
Cream of Vegetable Soup Ingredients
- 100 gms French beans
- 100 gms carrots
- 100 gms corn
- Milk ½ litre
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp white flour
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- Salt white pepper, sugar as per taste
- vegetable stock

Instructions
Paneer Steak Burger Method
- Slice paneer into big chunks and marinate the chunks with soy sauce, schezwan sauce, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
- Coat these chunks with breadcrumbs and grill in an oven at 180 degree celsius for 8-10 minutes.
- For assembling the burger - Apply mayonnaise to the burger buns, add caramelised onions, two chunks of grilled paneer and a cheese slice.
Cream of Vegetable Soup Method
- Finely chop the veggies and boil them. Keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pan, add flour and saute for 2 minutes, then add milk. Keep whisking continuously.
- Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add the boiled vegetables along with the stock.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
