Harry Potter Butterbeer Recipe
Harry Potter fans might have heard that J.K Rowling is releasing an eighth Harry Potter book; and we’re conforming that it’s true! We’ll pause here while you do your happy dance.
In celebration, we’ve decided to share one of our favourite Harry Potter recipes; the iconic butterbeer. While there’s a plethora of butterbeer recipes across the internet, we love this one in particular for its simplicity and its delicious creaminess.
Serve the butterbeer to your fellow Harry Potter fans and raise a toast to that eight book. J.K Rowling, we love you.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butterscotch topping
- 2 tbsp butter whipped
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla cream soda

Instructions
- Whisk the condensed milk and butterscotch topping together in a glass bowl.
- Heat this mixture in a microwave for a minute.
- Stir in the butter until well combined.
- Heat the cream soda in a microwave for a minute and a half.
- Pour the butterscotch mixture into two beer mugs.
- Stir in half the cream soda into each mug and serve warm!
