Kung Fu Panda Noodle Soup Recipe
Kung Fu Panda 3 has hit the cinemas and the reviews are fairly positive. While we haven’t watched the third instalment of the enormously series, we find ourselves reminiscing about the first movie. The Kung Fu was pretty exciting and Poh was undoubtedly adorable and amusing, but our mind keeps wandering back to bowls of Poh’s father’s noodle soup.
Mr Ping’s Noodle Soup
You know the soup we’re talking about, of course. The recipe has been passed down four generations of the Ping family and has been made successful by a secret ingredient that ensures Mr Ping’s noodle shop (renamed) Dragon Warrior Noodles & Tofu after Poh’s success in the first movie is always packed to the brim.
While we’ve not had the pleasure of meeting Mr Ping and questioning him closely on his secret ingredient – not that we imagine we would’ve had much success – we do have a noodle soup recipe that is pretty awesome.
It combines noodles, vegetables, a protein and a variety of sauces to make a delicious, nourishing soup. Try it and tell us what you think! Does it meet expectations created by the movie?
Select the ingredients depending on whether you want the soup to be vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
