McDonald’s McCafe Has A Bacon Mac and Cheese Sandwich And We’re Drooling!
It’s a known fact that bacon makes everything brilliant (unless you’re vegan and only have facon). However, what we didn’t know was that McDonald’s has a Bacon Mac and Cheese sandwich which sounds absolutely delicious! If you haven’t heard about it either, don’t worry, because it’s only available in Hong Kong (it’s as if we don’t deserve nice things, oh wait).
We all know that the McCafe dishes are where it’s at (waffles for days). But in Hong Kong, they’re taking it to the next level. PopSugar reports that the Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Toastie is made of a two-cheese mac and cheese, topped with bacon, and pressed between two slices of bread and grilled.
McCafe also has a Corn and Cheesy Champignon Toastie, which looks like it would be tailor-made for the Indian subcontinent. It is made with mushrooms, sweet corn, and melted white cheese, pressed in the sandwich. Cheese corn is a popular Korean side dish, which is incorporated in the second Toastie.
To be honest, I think these toasties are exactly what we need here in India. People may have issues with the bacon but there seems to be a problem with just about everything these days so you may as well eat whatever you want and be happy. All in favour, say aye!
